The Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall is my favorite hotel in Tacoma. the hotel is fairly clean and brand-new, with consistently courteous and pleasant staff. I had a spacious and quiet room with a beautiful view of the mountains. the hotel is in a favorable and marvelous location near a convenience store.

The hotel has been newly renovated, and the rooms are in perfect condition with a modern touch. I booked a room with stunning views of the mountains. The food at the hotel is excellent, with a diverse menu offering a wide selection of dishes. The location is ideal for exploring Tacoma, just a short walk to the mall and Holiday Inn Tacoma Mall.

Had a great stay, as always. The location is really convenient, there's a store nearby and it's in a great area. The room was beautiful and modern, and the bathroom was perfectly clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the facilities were clean.

It was a good home base for sightseeing in Tacoma and I had so much fun. The staff was very nice and incredible, they provided lots of information. The location was marvelous and there was free parking in the area. There was a convenience store and other stores right next door. The hotel had a good restaurant for lunch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, accommodating our request for a double king suite at a reasonable price. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the location was convenient, close to the mall and restaurants. The breakfast provided a variety of options including eggs, sausage, bacon, Belgium waffles, oatmeal, and cereal. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Apparently there was a mix up on the date (me?), but Falecia never even blinked. Credited us the "no show" and rebooked us. She was terrific!

The towels were super hard and it was really uncontrable drying. The people next door were super loude and disrupted. The bed was lumpy pillows were to big. We will never stay in that hotel.;0( again

The staff was amazing! Ashley and Tasha went above and beyond to help resolve any issues and were extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby and restaurant were welcoming, and the food and drinks were delicious. The room was comfortable and clean, and the soundproof windows were a bonus. a great stay.
Felt completely safe, no complaints whatsoever.
